In the “It’s about time” section of the news, Castlevania is making it’s way into Vampire Survivors! The hit horde battler that I’ve spent far too much time on is getting a mash up with SO much of the Konami classic. Considering Alucard is in here, I suppose Vampire Survivors does indeed finally have a vampire! The DLC drops on Halloween and I can’t wait!
It’s been a big year for Castlevania, first joining Dead By Daylight with killer and survivor DLC. Then the surprise release of the DS classics in Castlevania Dominus Collection. (Get it? DominuS? DS?) I was eager for those games to get this release. Personally, I’m still holding out for a side scroller 1999 title that focuses on the climactic final battle with Dracula, but time will tell!
Till then, I’m sure I’ll be diving into Vampire Survivors yet again!
