Nintendo and the Pokémon Company announced today several new Pokémon games, including Pokémon Café Mix. The game is a touch-based puzzle game where you serve dishes and drinks to adorable Pokémon customers.
In the game you link together Pokemon icons to clear puzzles as you work to build up your very own café. The game is a free-to-start game for the Nintendo Switch and will also br available on iOS and Android.
Meet the goals for each puzzle before you run out of turns—link a certain number of icons, get a high score, or even destroy sugar cubes to serve up Pokémon themed menu items.
The game will have a premium currency that you can both earn or purchase. Golden Acorns, the in-game currency, can be redeemed them to regain hearts, continue puzzles, and get helpful items.
Pokémon Café Mix will be released on June 23rd. As the game uses the touch screen for gameplay it is playable on handheld mode only.
