Starting in January 11th, 2019 at 2:00am, Tibarn: Lord of the Air, Reyson: White Prince, Leanne: Forest’s Song, and Nailah: Unflinching Eye will be available as part of a new summoning event: Rulers of the Laguz in Fire Emblem Heroes.
These heroes are originally from Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn.
Also, the next Grand Hero Battle, featuring Naesala: Sky’s Shadow, is scheduled to start in January 12th, 2019 at 2:00am.
