Single-player game about time The Gardens Between is an adventure-puzzle game which will see a release on the Nintendo Switch on Thursday.
The game is about best friends Arina and Frendt who fall into a series of vibrant, dreamlike island gardens peppered with everyday objects from their childhood. Together they embark on an emotional journey that examines the significance of their friendship. In the game you’ll manipulate time to solve puzzles and reach the apex of each isle. Follow the duo as they unpack and explore their precious moments spent together, lighting up constellations and illuminating threads of a bittersweet narrative.
The game has a vibrant, storybook-inspired art style and looks like a visually stunning game to play. There are more than twenty gorgeous and surreal gardens islands to explore. The game is designed for accessibility with simple controls, is free from text, speech and complex UI.
