No really, it sounds that way because Jet Set Radio’s composer Hideki Naganuma is actually on board! We actually just heard about Hover: Revolt of Gamers today and I didn’t know what to expect from the trailer. What did I get? Everything really! There’s tagging, mission creation, some sort of leveling system, wild leaps, unlockable characters, fighting back against the administration to reach an orbital station! Whew! That’s quite the laundry list!
