Last year really revolutionized the way gamers play a Dragon Ball fighting game. The free range of motion flowed better, you were able to create your own character with some pretty sweet customization options, and the hub world was just fun! Today Bandai Namco expands on all that with a follow up sequel!
With enhanced graphics and gameplay design, a huge new hub city that is seven times larger, and even more customization options for your own character, it’s clearly a step up to an already fantastic series. There’s even a huge 6 vs 1 multiplayer co-op battle mode to take down giant bosses! I have to admit, I even joined in on last years multiplayer action and it was even just fun to go up against the unique creations of other fans.
XenoVerse 2 even adds new characters from Dragon Ball Super to the lineup! Not only that but the game features free DLC for two Dragon Ball songs remixed by DJ Steve Aoki! He even has a character you can interact with in the hub world Conton City!
The game is available now on consoles and launches on Steam this Thursday, October 27th.
I’m thrilled! It’s more of what we loved from the first game and clearly the creators saw just how awesome this series is. More Dragon Ball XenoVerse action sounds awesome! I can hardly wait to dive in!
