Nintendo has unveilled the third wave of amiibo figures which will hit retail shelves in February of 2015.
“Featuring compatibility with Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, Mario Kart 8 and Hyrule Warriors this year, amiibo figures are shaping up to be one of the year’s must-have holiday items,” said Scott Moffitt, Nintendo of America’s executive vice president of Sales & Marketing.
New figures set to release in February include Bowser, Toon Link, Sheik, Sonic, Mega Man, King Dedede, Ike, Rosalina & Luma, Shulk, Lucario and Meta Knight.
Figures set to launch alongside Super Smash Bros. for Wii U are Mario, Link, Samus, Kirby, Fox, Donkey Kong, Pikachu, Peach, Marth, Yoshi, Villager, Wii Fit Trainer and Diddy Kong. The second series of amiibo, which will be released in December, are Zelda, Luigi, Captain Falcon, Pit and Little Mac.
