Ubisoft announced today that they are in fact working on the next Assassin’s Creed game, which will be titled Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag. They made the announcement today via their Facebook page and Twitter account with the following message:
“We will be announcing all the details of Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag on Monday March 4 at 6pm CET. Stay tuned for more.”
It seems clear from the image which Ubisoft sent us that the next adventure will feature pirates, but no more confirmed details are available. The game will likely be released on Xbox 360, PS3, PC and Wii U. We’ll keep you up to date with more details as they develop.
