Capcom unveilled a teaser site for their next upcoming expansion to the Monster Hunter Frontier game today, with the new expansion titled Monster Hunter Frontier G. The expansion is dated to be released on April 17th in Japan.
The game, a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) which is only available in Japan, was first released in 2007 on PC and was subsequently released on the Xbox 360 in 2010.
The announcement came from executive producer Yoshinori Ono at an ‘offline event’ held by Capcom to commemorate the fifth anniversary of the game’s release.
According to Famitsu there will be 10 new monsters, 3 new fields, over 30 new skills, 4 new elementals and new actions for 11 weapon types.
More details on the new expansion are expected in the near future.
